Hosts can verify their business identity by submitting a Business PAN, GST Number, Udyam Registration, or Personal PAN. Verification involves automated government API checks followed by manual admin review. Verified hosts receive a Verified Business badge — a trust signal for all travelers.
Certain listing types — particularly volunteer opportunities — require admin approval before going live. Stays, adventures, rentals, events, and packages are reviewed for policy compliance and may be suspended or removed if they do not meet our standards.
Adventure hosts are required to disclose certifications, risk levels, age/fitness requirements, and emergency procedures in their listings. TrippEaze encourages travelers to verify these details directly with the host before booking.
Travelers may optionally verify their identity with a government-issued ID. Verified travelers receive a "Verified" badge, which increases host confidence — especially for stays and volunteer opportunities involving accommodation.
TrippEaze will never ask for your password, full payment details, or OTPs via email, phone, or text message. Always access your account directly through our official website. If anyone claims to be TrippEaze support and asks for these details, report it immediately.
